睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,SAS)是影响人类健康的重要慢性病之一[1],是脑血管病的独立危险因素并加重其预后不良[2-4].在全世界范围内有较高的发病率.是影响老年人健康的常见病、多发病,尽管OSAHS在老年人中患病率极高,但常被低估.因此,早期预防和治疗OSAHS从而可在一定程度上延缓或阻止老年患者的认知功能损害.
