痛风性肾病又称高尿酸血症肾病,有研究显示,患有高尿酸血症(>9mg/dL)的个体患慢性肾脏病的风险比正常人高3倍[1].西药虽作用迅速,但长期服用会出现严重的不良反应.中医治疗本病有着独特的优势,本文从病因病机、辩证分型论治、分期论治、经验方、中成药及其他中医疗法等几个方面总结中医对痛风性肾病的辨治及治疗,以期为临床用药提供参考,延缓疾病进展,减少复发.
