糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病导致的视网膜微血管损害所引起的一系列典型病变,是一种影响视力甚至致盲的慢性进行性疾病[1].目前广泛用于治疗DR的方法有中医治疗、抗血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothe-lial growth factor,VEGF)药物、类固醇类药物、视网膜激光光凝术及玻璃体切割术.本文中主要针对DR的中西医治疗进展作一综述.
