芍药甘草汤源自张仲景《伤寒论》,主治太阳病误治伤阴,导致的脚挛急之症,因其疗效显著,又名"去杖汤".全方由芍药,甘草两味药组成,可酸甘化阴,有柔肝缓急止痛之效,属用阴和阳之法.随着后世医家临床经验的不断积累,此方可随证加入他方,在治疗阴血不足引起的多种肌肉、筋脉拘挛及痛症均有确切疗效,应用广泛,值得推广.
