目的讨论细菌内毒素检验.方法对采集到的样本进行检验.结果正常参考范围在10pg/ml 以下,大于正常上限为细菌内毒素检验阳性.结论检测血浆和体液中的内毒素含量对诊断革兰阴性细菌感染、支原体感染有重要的临床参考意义,特别当缺乏直接细菌学证据时,为临床医生制定抗生素治疗方案提供参考.
