Abstract
目的:为避免和减少儿童因胃复安过量致锥体外系反应提供参考.方法:对小儿胃复安过量致锥体外系反应20例进行综合分析.结果:胃复安致锥体外系反应主要表现为肌张力异常和不自主运动、双眼凝视、流涎,给予阿托品0.01 mg/kg皮下或静脉注射及输液可缓解症状.结论:小儿胃复安过量易产生锥体外系副作用,故应慎用或不用.
