Abstract
系统性红斑狼疮是一种累及多系统、多器官且具有多种自身抗体的自体免疫性疾病.多数患者有发热、皮疹、关节痛及浆膜炎、肾脏损害,少数可累及心脏、肺、消化道及中枢神经系统,肝损害多为治疗后发生,以肝损害为首发症状,较为少见.我院曾遇到1例,报告如下.
