Abstract
目的:提高颅脑损伤的院前急救的成功率.方法:头部制动,半卧位,抬高头部30°,保持呼吸道通畅,观察意识障碍程度、瞳孔变化、生命体征及头痛和呕吐症状,给氧,对症处理.结果:480例病例中院前死亡37例,抢救成功率92.3%.结论:健全的急救机制以及合理有效的抢救方案是提高病人存活率的关键.
