肠血吸虫病(schistosomiasis of intestine)是指因血吸虫卵大量沉积于结肠粘膜,粘膜下所引起的结肠病变.我国主要流行于长江流域及长江以南地区,是我国五大寄生虫之一.近年来,虽然大部分地区已基本消灭血吸虫,但在江湖洲滩地区及钉螺环境较复杂的山区仍有流行,江西医学院第二附属医院8000例中,仅有9例,占0.11%,近年来,有些地区并有增多之势.
