系统性红斑狼疮属于中医学"痹病"的范畴,发病原因不外乎正气不足和外邪侵袭,正气不足主要以肾气不足、气阴两虚为主,疾病活动期热毒为主要外邪,而瘀血贯穿于系统性红斑狼疮发病的始终,故本文以"肾虚毒瘀"理论探讨系统性红斑狼疮的治疗.
