Abstract
目的 评价心可舒片治疗冠心病快速型心律失常的疗效.方法 将80例冠心病快速型心律失常患者随机分为二组,心可舒片治疗组和美托洛尔缓释片对照组.观察二组患者心律失常治疗疗效.结果 心可舒片治疗组与美托洛尔缓释片对照组相比统计学上无显著差异.结论 心可舒片治疗冠心病快速型心律失常疗效确切,且心可舒片具有改善冠心病胸闷、胸痛等其它方面的作用,并无明显副作用,值得推广.
