胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律不齐的临床疗效观察

Abstract
目的 研究胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律不齐的临床疗效.方法 选取医院收治的205例冠心病心律不齐患者并随机分为研究组(n=102)和对照组(103),所有患者均采用胺碘酮治疗,研究组在此基础上联合使用美托洛尔,对比两组临床疗效.结果 研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,P<0.05.结论 胺碘酮联合美托洛尔在冠心病心律不齐患者治疗中有着良好的应用效果,可以提升治疗有效率,改善患者心功能,值得大力推广和引用.
