Abstract
目的 检测angustuline对LPS诱导RAW 264.7细胞释放NO及表达iNOS的影响,探讨其抗炎活性及分子机制.方法 以LPS刺激RAW 264.7细胞,建立炎性反应模型,Griess法检测angustuline对LPS诱导RAW 264.7细胞释放NO的影响;Western blot法检测iNOS及内参β-actin的水平,探讨angustuline的抗炎机制.结果 Angustuline对LPS诱导RAW 264.7细胞释放NO具有显著抑制作用,并能明显下调iNOS蛋白的表达水平.结论 可以通过下调iNOS炎性蛋白的表达水平,从而抑制巨噬细胞产生NO而发挥抗炎作用.
