Abstract
1 胃食管反流发生的原因
当食物通过食管蠕动被送到食管下端时,下括约肌会打开使食物进入胃内;然后当食物都进入胃内后,下括约肌又会关闭上,防止胃内的食物反流回来.但当充当闸门的下括约肌由于一些因素,使其变得松弛、关不紧或胃内压增高时,就会发生反流的情况,出现烧心、反酸的症状.除此之外,食管蠕动或是唾液分泌异常、消化道黏膜发生损伤,也都会导致该疾病的发生.
