目的 讨论肌间沟法臂丛神经阻滞麻醉导致桡神经损伤的情况.方法 对于我院发生肌间沟法臂丛神经阻滞麻醉导致桡神经损伤1例进行报道及分析.结果 臂丛神经阻滞致神经损伤后可给予神经营养、对症等治疗或者手术治疗,可逐渐恢复.结论 此例系药液注射入神经鞘膜内,使鞘膜与神经分离,影响神经血供,致桡神经损伤.
