Abstract
目的:探讨颅脑损伤后昏迷病人的临床观察及护理措施方法:回顾性分析140例颅脑损伤后昏迷病人的临床资料及护理措施.结果:死亡20例,其余120例患者最终拔除气管套管,仅有10例发生肺部感染.结论:保持气道通畅,严密观察生命体征,病人意识及严格的无菌技术操作是颅脑损伤后昏迷病人的护理要点.
