目的:观察火针+甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗面部难治性扁平疣的临床疗效和安全性.方法:将115例患者随机分为治疗组60例(火针+甘露聚糖肽胶囊组)、对照组55例(甘露聚糖肽胶囊组),观察两组的疗效.结果:治疗组有效率明显优于对照组,P＜0.05.两组患者均未见严重不良反应.结论:火针+甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗面部难治性扁平疣疗效确切,临床应用安全.
