Abstract
目的:建立羚贝止咳糖浆中吗啡含量的测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,Sunfire C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈:0.01 mol·L-1磷酸氢二钾:0.005 mol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠(18:41:41);检测波长为220 nm,柱温为30℃.结果:吗啡在2.464～246.4μg·mL-1浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 9,平均回收率为98.8％,RSD为1.44％(n=6).结论:所建立的吗啡含量测定方法专属性强,准确性、重现性、稳定性好,可作为羚贝止咳糖浆中吗啡含量的测定方法.
