Abstract
目的:通过本草考证, 梳理知母本草源流;通过产地及市场调研, 掌握知母的生产加工现状.方法:文献查阅和实地调研.结果与结论:历史上知母出现过同名异物的现象, 古代滁州知母非知母正品, 但今之百合科知母应为历代本草所载的正品知母.知母产地熏硫现象普遍, 严重影响知母质量, 应加以控制;近年兴起的知母趁鲜切片加工方式值得推广使用.
