Abstract
目的:建立绵马贯众总黄酮的含量测定方法.方法:使用紫外分光光度法对绵马贯众总黄酮含量进行测定,并对其方法学进行考察.结果:芦丁对照品在0.01 ～0.08mg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9992),平均加样回收率为99.49％ (RSD=0.88％),绵马贯众总黄酮平均含量为1.033mg/g.结论:该方法操作简便、精确度较高且重复性好,可作为绵马贯众总黄酮含量的测定方法.
