川芎药材及饮片质量标准提升研究

Abstract
目的:提升川芎药材及饮片的质量标准.方法:采用HPLC法,以甲醇-水(52∶48)为流动相,以丁苯酞为替代对照品,用相对较正因子测定川芎药材及饮片中丁苯酞和藁本内酯的含量.结果:按干燥品计算,川芎药材含丁苯酞不得低于0.030%,藁本内酯不碍低于0.80%;川芎饮片含丁苯酞不得低于0.025%,藁本内酯不得低于0.60%.结论:制定了川芎药材及饮片中丁苯酞和藁本内酯的含量限度,进一步完善了川芎药材及饮片的质量标准,可以用于川芎药材及饮片的质量控制.
