Abstract
目的:建立优化的苦豆子药材超声提取工艺.方法:以吸光度为指标,采用正交试验设计的方法,考察料液比、乙醇浓度、超声时间、粉碎度对苦豆子药材提取的影响,以确定最佳提取工艺.结果:各因素对提取率的影响主次顺序为D＞B＞C＞A,优化的苦豆子提取工艺为65％乙醇,料液比1∶5,提取时间2h,粒度60目.结论:该研究建立的优化的苦豆子药材提取工艺稳定可行.
