根据《安徽省水土流失动态监测规划(2018～2022年)》目标要求,水土保持监测工作全面铺开,采取点面结合,监测能力有了明显的提升,但水土保持监测信息化能力水平亟待提高,通过结合安徽省水土保持工作特点,初步提出数据时代下水土保持监测信息化系统总体建设思考.
