Abstract
由于九龙江北溪流域山高坡陡、土壤抗蚀能力差,降水充沛,加上工农业生产、基础设施建设等人类活动影响,水土流失现象较为严重,水土流失面积达813.46 km2,占土地总面积的8.54％.本文分析了流域水土流失产生的原因和问题,提出强化规划指导、严抓项目建设、推行分区施治、开展分项施治等防治对策.
