Abstract
采用酶解法对高分子壳聚糖进行降解制备水溶性壳聚糖,并研究水溶性壳聚糖对菜心抗旱性的影响.水溶性壳聚糖制备试验结果表明,较优的制备条件为:加入0.2%的壳聚糖裂解酶,壳聚糖质量分数为2%,pH 4.6,温度55℃,搅拌反应时间6 h.菜心的抗旱试验表明,与清水对照相比,喷施40~60 mg/L的水溶性壳聚糖4~5次,提高菜心叶片可溶性总糖52.1%~113.8%,降低丙二醛(MDA)14.9%~16.7%,菜心叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性分别提高13.5%~24.8%、28.3%~42.8%、35.2%~58.7%,植株生物量增加14.8%~40.7%,上述结果表明水溶性壳聚糖能明显促进菜心的抗旱性.
