Abstract
衢州市作为浙江省粮食主产区之一,自2010年以来,全市粮食生产保持稳定发展的良好势头,但2018年来,粮食生产面临前所未有的严峻考验,从国家宏观层面看,面临来自“上、下、左、右”4个方面的“硬约束”;从衢州现状层面看,存在“上热下冷”现象.面对新形势、新情况,本市积极开展调查,梳理问题与困难,并提出了相关对策与建议.
