Abstract
针对目前枣树修剪中存在效率低、劳动强度大及修剪质量差的现状,通过理论分析、模拟仿真及田间试验结合的方法设计了一种枣树修剪机,阐述了该机的总体结构及仿形机架、修剪总成、枣吊去除总成和液压系统的设计,并进行了田间试验.试验结果表明:该机生产率为0.5~1hm2/h,修剪宽度为1400~2400mm,修剪高度为400~2000mm,漏剪率≤10%,修剪效果较好,各项指标均达到行业标准,满足设计要求.
