Abstract
为解决自制高铬耐磨深松铲韧性差、易破碎的问题,对高铬铸铁进行了正火处理的研究.由试验结果可知:正火处理是提高铸造铲尖韧性的有效方法,经过正火处理的高铬深松铲尖的冲击韧度最大提高到1.8倍;随着正火温度的升高,铲尖的硬度和耐磨性有所下降,韧性显著提高,最佳的正火处理参数为900℃.试样的最佳力学性能为:维氏硬度543HV,冲击功3.0J,60min时的磨损量0.090g.
