Abstract

研制的漏播补偿系统,采用等待补种、实时充种的方式,根据补种过程各动作时间关系,控制电磁阀和补种系统排种器动作时间,实现适时补种.该系统以2 BYFZ-4型玉米免耕精密播种施肥机为载体进行田间试验,结果表明:安装漏播补偿系统后,机具在5～7km/h速度下播种合格率提升至99.47％、99.35％、98.75％,漏播补偿系统补种性能良好.
