Abstract
为了实现牛蒡的机械化收获,采用强迫式振动减阻原理,设计了集偏心轮振动、土壤切削、土壤升运、牛蒡夹持于一体的牛蒡收获机。该机具采用偏心轮带动振动连接杆使挖掘铲进行振动挖掘,从而起到节能减阻的效果。收获机由三点悬挂架、机身框架、支撑臂、扎草刀、振动连接杆及挖掘铲等组成。田间性能检测表明:其损失率小于3%,伤根率小于3%,生产率0.067~0.2hm2/h,整机可靠系数96.1%。
