Abstract
以野生蔓越莓、卡琪花蒂玛为原料,研究能够激活女性机能的野生蔓越莓保健酒的酿造工艺.采用纯果汁发酵,超声波萃取水提卡琪花蒂玛功效物质后与果酒调配的方式,研制出了具有独特的蔓越莓果香、卡琪花蒂玛草本香气的保健酒.通过人群试用发现该保健酒对女性防治妇科疾病、调动女性机能、提高身体活力有重要作用.
