响应面法优化超声波提取小米糠黄酮的工艺研究

Abstract
以小米糠为原料,在单因素试验的基础上,采用二次回归组合试验,优化超声波提取小米糠黄酮的提取参数,研究超声功率、液料比、提取温度、提取时间等单因素对提取效果的影响,通过二次旋转试验结果进行分析.结果显示,超声功率363 W,液料比32∶1,提取温度59.7℃,提取时间31.2 min的条件下,小米糠总黄酮的得率为7.94%‰,为小米糠的利用提供了理论参考.
