Abstract
以不补光为对照,采用LED灯进行不同暗期间断处理,研究其对菜心生长和品质的影响.结果表明,与对照相比,3个暗期间断补光处理均提高了菜心的茎粗、叶片数和生物量;提高了VC、游离氨基酸、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量,降低了硝酸盐含量.综合菜心的生长和品质,以暗期间断1 h补光5 min处理效果最佳.
