玉米伸缩指夹式排种器设计与试验

Abstract
针对现有气力式玉米排种器播种可靠性差和机械式玉米排种器存在对高速作业适应性差、对种子外形要求严格等问题,设计了一种结构简单、排种效果好的伸缩指夹式精量排种器,研究了该排种器主要结构参数对排种性能的影响规律;通过正交试验确定了影响其排种性能的主次因素为夹持力、指夹器开启行程和排种器转速,在较优参数组合为夹持力0.87N、指夹器开启行程16 mm、排种器转速45 r/min时其株距合格率S为95.4％、漏播率M为1.9％、重播率D为2.7％,满足国家标准要求.
