多级离心泵级间导叶性能优化

Abstract
为研究多级离心泵导叶内的流动损失,基于DES数值模拟方法,对某型多级离心泵进行瞬态模拟,并利用试验验证了数值方法的可靠性.在此基础上,通过分析样机流场模拟结果提出导叶内损失的3种机理:漩涡、环流和碰撞.为减少导叶内损失,运用叶轮设计方法重新设计了反导叶,并对过渡段进行光滑改进.模拟结果显示改进反导叶和过渡段均能改善泵内的流场,泵效率分别提高2.4%和1.7%;耦合优化后导叶内的速度矢量和流线均未显示漩涡,环流和碰撞大大降低,泵效率提高2.9%.
