以螺旋输送系统为基础,参照食用菌螺旋输送装袋机,设计一款适用于棉花秸秆输送装袋的机具,实现秸秆饲料半自动装袋.介绍机具的总体结构和工作原理,分析喂料箱、拨杆机构、螺旋、卸料机构、传动系统等关键部件的设计思路,以及生产率、电机功率等主要参数的选取,为自动装袋机设计奠定技术基础.
