Abstract
对宁夏枸杞主要品种psbA-trntH的DNA条形码序列进行分析,从分子水平对枸杞做出鉴定.采用改进CTAB法提取枸杞叶片DNA,利用合成的特异引物对其叶绿体间隔序列进行扩增、克隆,对目的片段测序分析,克隆到枸杞主要品种psbA-trntH片段,并获得其碱基序列(总长为545 bp).
