Abstract
建立一种以拓扑优化为基础的概念结构设计和以响应面法为基础的尺寸优化设计方法相结合齿轮箱箱体结构优化设计方法.针对某大型分流风电齿轮箱箱体结构进行优化设计,对比初始结合模型与轻量化几何模型,优化后质量降低0.8 t,证明该齿轮箱箱体轻量化方法可有效降低齿轮箱的质量.
