Abstract
以玫瑰茄花萼为主要原料,采用单因素试验和正交试验筛选出玫瑰茄口服液的最佳配方和最佳复方稳定剂的用量.结果 表明,最佳配方为玫瑰茄提取液用量50 mL,白砂糖添加量10%,蜂蜜添加量4%,硫酸亚铁用量5 mg,黄原胶添加量0.10%,CMC-Na添加量0.15%,阿拉伯胶添加量0.05%,可使玫瑰茄口服液沉淀率最少.在最佳配方和复合稳定剂下,玫瑰茄口服液色泽均匀自然,内容无分层、无沉淀,味道清甜,口感舒适.
