Abstract

对大孔吸附树脂分离沙棘叶总黄酮的最优工艺条件进行系统研究.经过对比从7种大孔吸附树脂得到其中3种大孔吸附树脂进行试验.结果表明,X-5树脂在吸附和洗脱方面最好.最佳条件为吸附时间3h,吸附温度25℃,洗脱时间2.5h,解析温度25℃,乙醇溶剂体积分数65％.最终获得沙棘叶总黄酮的纯度为89.72％.
