Abstract
在进行大肠埃希氏菌O157∶H7扩项过程中,对国内常用3个标准中的常规培养法进行比较分析.结果表明,不同温度培养的增菌肉汤均浑浊生长.大肠埃希氏菌O157∶H7显色培养基选择性较好,建议在日常检测工作中使用大肠埃希氏菌O157∶H7显色培养基,以提高区分度及检出率.同时,应用VITEK 2可以快速简便地鉴别目标菌.
