Abstract
采取感官分析的方法,对烟叶空实度参比样品,采用Friedman检验、多重比较等多种检验方法将烟叶空实度划分为9个标度,并建立相应的描述词.同时对各标度参比样品烟叶表面微观结构特征、叶面密度及烟叶紧度等物理指标及化学成分进行了检测.结果表明:烟叶空实度与表面微观结构特征、叶面密度、紧度以及化学成分密切相关,且不同标度参比样品在上述指标间有明显的梯度和差距.
