浅谈菠萝叶纤维抑菌物质研究

Abstract
以菠萝叶纤维为研究对象,选用5种不同溶剂提取纤维中的活性成分进行定性分析,以大肠杆菌为指示菌,评价其抑菌效果.结果表明:通过定性分析发现石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、丙酮以及水5段提取物中分别含有酚类、黄酮类、生物碱及香豆素等抗菌成分.
