Abstract
薄壁件加工过程由切削产生的温度和残余应力测量较难,故建立750-T7451铝合金薄壁件三维模型,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对模型进行热—力耦合模拟、分析.对加工后应力的分布进行模拟,并通过S Mises准则和轴向应力对加工后的应力情况进行分析,从加工表面的深度对应力和温度进行分析.
