针对江苏稻油轮作区稻茬油菜播种作业过程中遇到的田间秸秆量大、土壤含水率高、传统油菜播种机无法在播期完成播种作业的问题,提出一种具有带状旋耕、洁区播种、开沟联合作业功能的油菜机具设计,以解决极端条件下油菜播种问题.
