Abstract
采用L9 (34)正交实验设计,探讨微波辐射和IBA浸种对云南松(Pinus yunnanensis)幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,平均胚轴和根长分别为3.4~4.3 cm和2.6~3.3 cm,处理组合间,平均胚轴和根长这2个指标及其比值呈现极显著的差异(p=0.000~0.003<0.01).胚轴和根长的优水平组合均为微波辐射30 s和0.15 g/L的IBA浸种.微波辐射是影响胚轴和根长的主导因子.微波辐射和IBA浸种的交互作用仅对胚轴有显著的差异影响(p=0.033<0.05).
