机械通风系统对水运包装豆粕品质的影响研究

Abstract
为了探索包装豆粕在水运过程中品质变化,以水分含量12.5％～13.0％,蛋白含量43％的包装豆粕为试验原料,运载船舶采用2500 t～4000 t件杂货船型,船舱内采用自然通风和机械通风技术,并对航行过程中船舱内温湿度、豆粕水分、蛋白溶解度、霉变情况进行测定与分析.结果 表明,采用机械通风系统的水运豆粕船舶霉变、短重量、蛋白溶解度较自然通风系统的船舶明显降低.
