为降低小麦在储藏期内干物质损耗,延缓品质劣变,通过监测其在储藏期内自呼吸CO2释放量,对其自呼吸干物质损耗率进行研究.本研究结果为分析我国不同储粮生态区不同储藏条件下,小麦储藏期内干物质损耗提供数据和理论支撑.
