Abstract
本研究采用铝浇灌野葛扦插苗的方法,探索铝胁迫对野葛叶绿素含量、荧光参数和净光合速率的影响.研究结果表明,随着铝胁迫程度的增加,野葛叶绿素含量均逐渐降低,Fo值逐渐增大,Fm、Fv/Fm值和Pn均逐渐降低;低浓度铝胁迫对野葛叶绿素含量、荧光参数和净光合速率均影响不大,高浓度铝胁迫下各指标均受到显著影响.250μmol/L的铝胁迫下Fo值显著(p<0.05)高于CK,250 μmol/L的铝胁迫下Fm值显著(p<0.05)低于CK,200 μmol/L的铝胁迫下Fv/Fm值显著(p<0.05)高于CK.铝胁迫显著(p<0.05)抑制野葛叶片叶绿素含量的浓度为100 μmol/L,显著(p<0.05)抑制野葛净光合速率的浓度为150 μmol/L.
