烟草NtNramp1-1基因克隆及特征分析

Abstract
在植物中Nramp蛋白参与重金属的吸收转运,为了研究烟草重金属的吸收转运机理,本文在烟草中克隆了NtNramp 1-1基因.该基因ORF由1 602个核苷酸组成,编码534个氨基酸.生物信息学分析结果表明,Nt Nramp 1-1基因编码跨膜蛋白.对NtNramp 1-1基因进行组织特异性表达,结果表明该基因主要在烟草根部表达.Cd和As处理能够大幅提高NtNramp1-1基因的表达水平,推测该基因参与烟草Cd、As的吸收转运.
